John is a U.S.Army vereran who brings many years of experience to Wave and its customers in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks and network equipment. He is an expert in installing and configuring routers, switches, access points, and antennas. He has the knowledge and expertise to perform site surveys when determining optimal placement of wireless devices for maximum coverage and signal strength. He assists Wave and its customers by upgrading firmware on wireless devices to ensure compatibility with the latest security protocols and performance enhancements, provides technical support to end-users regarding wireless network connectivity problems and configuration settings and assists with the installation of cabling infrastructure for wired connections supporting the overall network architecture.
